The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a great opportunity to meet other FoS members and fellow-travelers, to discuss the latest results of scientific research on
the Soqotra Archipelago, to learn about ongoing projects, and to share information about FoS activities over the last year. Both members and non- Between 2001 and 2023 the AGM has been held in different European countries, and in 2018 for the first time in the overseas: The 17th Annual General Meeting of the Friends of Soqotra and Symposium was taking place in Bahrain. The upcoming AGM and Socotra International Conference will be from 27 to 29 September 2024 at the Natural History Museum in Vienna, Austria.
