Sustainable development of the Soqotra Archipelago
Friends of Soqotra is a community of scientists and individual researchers and travelers interested in the Soqotra Archipelago. People from different European countries, from the Middle East, Africa and America provide information for the FOS website, the newsletter and at regular meetings of FOS members and other interested parties. The FOS maintains contacts to European-Yemeni charities in order to share knowledge about the Soqotra Archipelago.For the benefit of the islanders, several social and development projects are supported by Friends of Soqotra. In addition, a printed Arabic
version of the "Tayf" Newsletter which is distributed around the Archipelago.

Leaflets published in different languages are produced by members of FOS; you may download, print and distribute them all over the world.
